CSN has a number of resources and software licensing to provide various applications for the classroom. CSN develops, implements, and manages software in clasrooms and computer labs. Software is provided for instructional use in educational settings and is secured for faculty, staff, and student use. Most instructional implementations are provided by CSN, however, licensing fees associated with new software requests and system software licensing fees may impact pricing. Software implementations are based on the best options available. | Classroom & Lab Softwares: Labs and Classrooms have standard software installed, if other software is needed for a course please fill out the Software Requet for Lab & Classrooms {link}. The OTS team will work to locate software, provide quotes, and get the software installed as requested. To guarantee software is ready for the upcoming semester, please submit form at least 6-8 weeks prior to the start of the semester (check posted deadlines). Any requests submitted after the deadline will be completed as available and are not guaranteed for the semester. | Desktop/Laptop Software: If you cannot find software you need in the software center or if your request was denied due to license availability, please submit a help desk ticket {link} and the OTS team will contact you for more details.
